Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the contact, organization, website, and project information you choose to provide. The form does not request payment-card information or a full manuscript.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess whether the requested publishing work may be a fit, respond to you, recommend a next step, and—if you decide to proceed—prepare a project scope. We do not sell inquiry information.
Form processing
The inquiry form is processed through Formspree and delivered to QuinTechSys. Their systems may process the form data necessary to deliver the submission. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential manuscript content in the form.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information may be retained for reasonable business, correspondence, and record-keeping purposes. You may request correction or deletion by contacting us, subject to any information we must retain for legal or contractual reasons.
Analytics and technical information
The hosting platform may collect limited technical and usage information such as page visits, device type, and approximate location to operate and understand the site. If additional analytics or marketing services are introduced, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.
